Starley Hope, known by her stage name Starley, is an Australian singer and songwriter born in Sydney, New-South Wales. Her father is of Mauritian descent, and her mother is of Filipino and Japanese descent. Starley's musical journey began at a young age, writing her first song at 14. She later moved to London to pursue her music career but returned to Australia after a few years.

Career Breakthrough with "Call on Me"

Starley's career took a significant turn with the release of her debut single "Call on Me" in 2016. She wrote the song during a period of depression, and it was her way of trying to heal herself.
