Biography
Kiari Kendrell Cephus, known professionally as Offset, was born on December 14, 1991, in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Growing up in Gwinnett County near Atlanta, he was raised by his mother as his father was absent during his childhood. From a young age, he showed an interest in performance, even appearing as a backup dancer in a Whitney Houston music video in 2002.
Migos
In 2008, Offset formed the hip hop group Migos with his cousin Quavo and Quavo's nephew, Takeoff. They gained widespread recognition in 2013 with their single "Versace," which was notably remixed by Drake. The group's 2017 single "Bad and Boujee," with a significant performance by Offset, became an internet phenomenon and reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Migos went on to release several successful albums, including "Culture" (2017), "Culture II" (2018), and "Culture III" (2021), before disbanding in 2023. The group's signature triplet flow became a defining sound in modern hip-hop.
Solo Career
In addition to his work with Migos, Offset has had a successful solo career. In 2017, he released a collaborative album with rapper 21 Savage and producer Metro Boomin titled "Without Warning," which debuted in the top five of the Billboard 200 chart. The album included the hit single "Ric Flair Drip." He has also been featured on several hit songs, including Tyga's "Taste" and Kodak Black's "Zeze." His debut solo album, "Father of 4," was released in 2019 and featured the Grammy-nominated single "Clout," a collaboration with his wife, Cardi B. His second solo album, "Set It Off," was released in 2023.

Personal Life
Offset's personal life has often been in the public eye, particularly his relationship with fellow rapper Cardi B. The couple began dating in 2017 and married secretly in September of that year. They have two children together, a daughter named Kulture Kiari Cephus and a son named Wave Set Cephus. Offset has three other children from previous relationships: sons Jordan and Kody, and a daughter, Kalea. He has spoken about the importance of being a present father to all his children. In late 2023, Offset and Cardi B separated.
Other Ventures
Outside of music, Offset has ventured into other areas. He has made acting appearances, including a role in the television show "NCIS: Los Angeles". He has also been involved in philanthropic efforts, launching the Offset Foundation in 2022 to support and empower youth.
