Biography

Ofenbach is a French DJ duo from Paris, consisting of Dorian Lauduique and César de Rummel. The two met at school at a young age and began making music together. Initially, they formed a rock band, citing influences like The Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin. They later transitioned to electronic music, inspired by French artists such as Daft Punk and Justice. The name "Ofenbach" was chosen after they found a score by the French composer Jacques Offenbach in one of their homes.

Musical Career

The duo was formed in 2014. They gained recognition with their song "Be Mine," which was certified gold and charted on the Billboard Dance/Mix Show Airplay. This was followed by other successful releases like "Around the Fire" and "You Don't Know Me," which earned them support from established artists like Robin Schulz and Tiësto. They are also known for their remixes of songs by artists such as Bob Sinclar and James Bay.

Breakthrough and Hits

Their single "Be Mine" became a major success, reaching number one in Russia and Poland. Another significant hit was their remix of Nick Waterhouse's "Katchi," which topped the charts. In 2018, they performed at the opening ceremony of the UEFA Europa League Final in Lyon. Their debut studio album, "I," was released in 2022.
