Forrest Avery LeMaire, known professionally as Mr.Kitty, is an American singer-songwriter, record producer, and DJ from Arlington, Texas. Born on March 25, 1992, he is known for his distinct style that blends synth-pop, synthwave, new wave, witch house, and dark wave. His music often evokes a sense of nostalgia through dark-themed lyrics paired with catchy synthesizer melodies.

Career

Mr.Kitty began releasing music in 2008 with a series of remix mini-albums titled "RMX". His debut studio album, "Until Death Do Us Part," was released independently in 2010. He gained underground success with the 2012 album "Eternity," which was his first release on a record label, Keep It Dark Records, and featured the song "Destroy Me". His 2014 album, "Time," brought him further recognition with the songs "After Dark" and "XIII". The track "After Dark" went viral in 2019 after being featured in a fan-made YouTube video, significantly boosting his popularity.

Throughout his career, Mr.Kitty has released several albums, including "Life" (2013), "Fragments" (2015), "A.I." (2017), and "Ephemeral" (2019). He has also collaborated with and remixed for artists like IAMX and Aesthetic Perfection.
