Lewis Marc Capaldi, born on October 7, 1996, in Glasgow, Scotland, is a singer-songwriter known for his powerful, emotive voice and heartfelt pop ballads. He began his musical journey at a young age, learning to play the guitar at nine and performing in pubs. Capaldi was discovered by his manager through his SoundCloud account.

Capaldi's career gained significant momentum with the release of his debut single "Bruises" in 2017. However, it was his 2018 single, "Someone You Loved," that catapulted him to international fame.
