Alexander Warren Hughes, born on September 18, 2000, in Carlsbad, California, is an American singer, songwriter, and social media personality. His childhood was marked by hardship; his father died of kidney cancer when he was nine, and he had a difficult relationship with his mother, who struggled with alcoholism. These experiences, including a period of homelessness as a teenager, deeply influenced his later work.

Social Media Career

Warren began his journey on social media at a young age, creating skateboard videos for YouTube and Instagram. He rose to prominence as a co-founder of the TikTok collective, The Hype House, in November 2019, a name he is credited with coining. As a member, he gained millions of followers with his prank and vlog-style videos. He also hosted the reality competition series "Next Influencer" and starred in the Netflix reality show "Hype House". In 2022, Warren departed from The Hype House to focus on other ventures, including his podcast, "Locked in with Alex Warren".

Alex Warren began dating fellow social media personality Kouvr Annon in 2018 after meeting on Snapchat. Annon was a significant support during his early struggles, even living with him in a car. The couple got engaged on New Year's Eve in 2022 and were married on June 22, 2024, in Escondido, California. Warren is a Catholic and has stated that worship music influences his songwriting.
